Press on Capping Machine
Spheretech’s Press On Capping Machine is designed for automated closure of compatible bottles and containers using press-fit or snap-on caps. The machine applies controlled force to press caps onto containers with uniform pressure, supporting consistent and reliable closure.
Operating on an intermittent-motion system, the machine transports bottles through a conveyor to a rotating turret star wheel positioned beneath the press capping heads. Automatic cap feeding and orientation systems support continuous cap handling, while a backup sensor detects an outfeed blockage and stops the capping process until the issue is resolved.
