Case Packer
The Spheretech Case Packer is designed to automate the transfer and placement of filled products into cases or cartons. Products are conveyed toward the case packing section, organized into the required arrangement and picked using a suitable gripper system before being placed into the prepared carton.
The case packing system can incorporate different modules for product infeed, accumulation, product arrangement, carton infeed and case packing. Gripper heads can be customized according to the product configuration and handling requirements.
This approach helps create a more coordinated end-of-line packaging process while reducing repetitive manual case-loading operations. Spheretech’s existing case-packing material also describes conveyor-based bottle grouping and customized grippers for transferring product matrices into cartons.
